Ron Paul is not anti-government or anti-social safety net. He simply believes such government aid should be rendered on the state and local level. He espouses a smaller federal government and self-determined states, which could very well include a social safety net. Obama doesn't work for the little guy.

@megagagnon1 WRONG DUMBFUCK. RON PAUL IS ANTI GOVERNMENT, HE IS ANTI SOCIAL SAFETY NET. He's said CLEARLY many times "SOCIAL SECURITY is UNCONSTITUTIONAL" which is a LIE. It shows he either doesn't understand the constitution or he's LYING. The Constitution GIVES the government the POWER to enact such programs, funds, departments, etc. // Ron Paul is not for 'state funding' of anything. And besides, smaller 'washington government' is what? Doing away with what makes us a REPUBLIC as a nation?

@megagagnon1 Exactly Obama just robbed the middle-classes to give to the RICH. The banks got us into this position, so he chose to bail THEM out? Ridiculous. He is not powerful enough. He wants to be liked by everyone. I would have preffered Hillary Clinton - she is tough as NAILS and would not given a sh*t about the bankers. Obama is like a nice sugar-pill that makes you feel good. He should be an actor, NOT a politician. Hillary Clinton had the experience and tough demeanor to do the job.

This is why we need Ron Paul as president. The most important problem we face is the corruption in our government by the big banks and other interests. Ron Paul has been fighting the federal reserve and big banks for decades. And he tells the truth and doesn't back down from his values. Even if he can't get much done in reforms he will do more then the wall street puppets running or already in the whitehouse. And he will have the bully pulpit. The people will finally get the truth.

Clinton ended Glass-Steagall, Obama works for the banks and other big interests... Just like the Bushes did... and so will Romney or Perry.

The banks have an agreement with Obama. Give them 4 years to get back on top, don't do anything to restrict or regulate them... then...then, they will make sure only blithering psychos will get nominated on the gop ticket, who have no chance of being elected..then, then.. Obama will get re-elected, and THEN he can actually fix this shit hole economy and start regulating things..
