I'm very surprised that there are so many people who does not understand the free aproaching to some song. This song is exactly in major but there can be minor aproach and there can be used some bluesy note in major backing or in major scales just like Joe Perry's style. Actually, this is not for the Beatles cover but for self oriented aproaching to the famous backing chords. I will remove this after some time.
