Dude last time I did Melb to Bris we got stuck on the plane cause some dude had to be escorted off. Three hours on the plane :(. And I'm 6 foot 3. Not fun.
@mikeycbd Same here. I've been with Qantas all my life and have loved them. Great service, humorous flight attendants and on-time departures. I would never have it any other way!
Nice video quality with ur flight videos, u must have alotta fequent flyer points by now, lol. I take it the auto focus made it focus on the window, not outside during take off.
yes but i knew once the water goes it would be good. yes a few point but used a few too. Flying 5am flight is only 12,000 plus $12. twice the amount if you fly later in the day.
What was wrong with the seat? And you cant blame mother nature because of a delay. If you were on qantas id be the same so you cant blame Virgin for that. Yes mother nature can be a bitch. But great vid!
No idea about the seat. I'm not blaming Virgin for the delay but it's a shame you even have to pay for water. Qantas even on 2 hour flights offer your food (breakfast and dinner if you fly at certain times) and water, apples on top.
@mikeycbd Just for general information to others the advance purchase price for a seat on Qantas versus Virgin is generally AT LEAST $20 or more. So, while you may get a free water (and at times, a free, greasy meal) on a Qantas flight, you have potentially paid at least $20 for the "privilege". If this is your preference, that is fine! While there are travellers out there for which money doesn't matter, there are also those that use the $20 in better ways, and who prefer the "user pays" system.
@mikeycbd I was just pointing out that you can’t compare apples and oranges. The fact you think I am staff is just amusing. In several posts you mention that it would be nice to get a “free water”. Qantas market themselves as a “full service” airline. Virgin market(ed) themselves as a Low Cost Carrier, and a “user- pays” system. Hence the price differences in the base airfare with advance purchase. I like to add facts to a discussion to avoid “gossip/slander” (which the media is/are good at).

@theaviationenigma thanks for that and and for that $20 you get more mature staff which goes a hell of a long way.

@theaviationenigma who said you're staff? Virgin are virgin and I prefer Qantas. but on this occasion it was a one way flight.
