His voice is not weak.. big shoes to fill, it seems to me if anything he is more nervous and trying to get comfortable.

Mmm...interesting...I don' think Jimmy is right for VR. He's got a good look, but he seems 'too green'...i.e not mature enough. The attitude and voice are not developed enough (my opinion).

i have love ours for years, but the band is just too far under the radar for such a talent. VR is a perfect fit for him, and he could make velvet revolver into a powerhouse. I'm excited.

@bladerunner1b He is now hinted as a possible candidate to audition as VR's new singer. I came to check him out. And he's good, but I think he might be a bit too polished for VR. His voice is almost too good, not so raw.

I'm gonna say this with all due respect but unless VR is planning to change they're style from hard rock to alternative rock, I dont really think Jimmy Gnecco is the right pick for them. He's a great singer but not just the right choice. Also, his band Ours is an awesome band and if Jimmy joins, Ours' progress as a band might slow down. IMO, what VR should be doing is to make amends with Scott Weiland and get him back. Peace :)

i have been a fan of jimmy's music for years - i'm quite surprised he may become the new singer of velvet revolver

mostly because they are shit.

but he is an amazing talent, his voice is not showcased here either. he makes scott look really daft - i would recommend people search some of his live performances

the talent of this band finally has a matched talent up on the mic, had he join. scott weiland or whatever his name is

he is a daft junkie who has been very lucky.
