lol, you guys know I'm using a combo fuel/ignition cut, right? The tach does that cause it's not receiving a decent signal when I hit the 2-step. If I hit it a little lower, it tends to bounce around the correct rpm.
Was recently converted to OBD1 with a chipped P61 ECU, and street tuned with eCtune. The car has an aftermarket intake, and an M2S4 transmission from a 96 Prelude, but otherwise, it's a stock F23. I don't normally rev that high. I just wanted to make a point to get over 60mph in second gear, which can't be achieved with this transmission and the stock rev limit.
is this the f23a1? or the ULEV cyclinder head, cuz the ULEV heads have very poor flowing compared to the normal head...

Does tuning make that much of a difference?? I have a CAI and Headers on this exact same car???
