I'm 14, so if I wanted to be a donor I'd have to have my parents permission?

One of my friends have CF and I've had a friend pass from CF aswell and I'd really like to be an organ donor..

My girlfriend has CF and it has opened my eyes, am planning on becoming an organ donor when I renew my license in a few weeks :)
