"Debra" was originally supposed to be on Odelay I think, but didn't make it. It then was done as part of the encore performance during the Odelay tour - and became such a hit with the crowd, it was a staple part of the show and I guess that practically guaranteed its inclusion on Midnite Vultures. It's a great song, one of my favourites.
