@xShounenx if you don't know what you're doing, you could probably hurt yourself if you try to learn them too quickly. i think if you have enough momentum, however, you could probably get away with just rolling up and around certain parts of your head/neck. a big no-no would be haloing on rough ground though. then your head might catch while your body spins in the air, and its your neck that gets wrung about. its like doing headspins on the bed- painful and unfruitful.

Every bboy I have seen take their time to learn a move slowly before trying to power through it has never gotten hurt. Though I have seen a few come back with a neck brace or wrist brace just because they wanted to go super fast right away.
