I like this opening song WAY better than The Who (not that I don't like that song...). This one is more haunting.

Took me ages to find out why is there a different (read: this) intro in the CSI episodes i have, it was driving me crazy because i had expected to hear (and see) the familiar The Who opening theme and was so disappointed when this pile of dung came up.

I don't get it, why do some countries think they just HAVE to change the opening (and ending) credits/themes of a tv series?

not after a while, they only used this for the first few episodes of season one and then they permanently changed to who are you but i was talking about the csi dvd guys, this can't be the fucking who but as gavin911911911911 is saying, on the dvd, in the ending credits it said who are you by the who, so, practically this song doesn't even exist which is fucking ridiculous!!!!!!

This was the intro song for the VERY FIRST episode of csi. After that it was changed to the who's.

Nobody knows of any longer version of it. In the ending credits it says 'who are you - the who', but thats just not the who :P

this version is SO MUCH BETTER to the normal intro. Fits the show more (but i'm a sucker for rock/opera mash-ups)
