There's a blade on each of his Arms, it shows him using it to attack quite a lot.

What's weird is in the anime sometimes you can notice scenes where they're there and other scene where they aren't, though in the manga they're always there.

Also claws that can block a sword, that's gotta be considered a weapon :)
