I think this might be the workings of Streets of Rage HD, since that's the new thing to do via PSN and Xbox Live. If not, it should be. I actually like SSF II HD TR, nothing like bringing back awesome classic games with killer graphics. I love SOR Remake, but graphics wise whoever threw this together puts SOR Remake to shame.

@AxelRage92 OPEN BOR is a good engine but has its limits that are more quantinfiable than that of the fenix engine but for easy to make mods bor is good and there have been some great games done on it check out any stuff by bloodbane volcanic or mr Q
