If you recall hearing my testimony as a scared 13yr old then I find it hard to believe that you "did not know the truth one way or another" after hearing the still haunting details I stated. The fact you would cross the line & even discuss a past case you ruled on w/ a woman that is still involved with such a sick man is proof that you are where you belong (retired), because you my friend used bad judgement thinking he deserved a chance 2 prove his innocence which was & alwys will b non-exisent

I personally know three adults who were the children this fat pig sexually assaluted on a regular basis. He was guilty. he was not framed. I have no sympathy for him or his deranged wife.

and then years later, the monster finally passes, and then that victim from your family see's the judge from her case all these years ago, giving condolences to the rapist current wife who is in denial of the things her husband was capable of? It would give that person a sick and nauseating feeling. You saved future victims by locking him up, but that does not make things magically better for those already suffering.  Please in the future be more mindful of your actions

Monsters do not deserve respect, even in death. I just feel you crossed a line by adding her on Facebook, talking about your trips to Africa and the such. Now I respect what you TRIED to do for Suffolk County, but how would you feel, if I ruled a verdict of someone that raped your family member?

You make many assumptions in your salacious comment after the death of another. It was I, sir, who at the time of sentencing suggested to the Parole Board that he never again see the light of day. His wife was not the defendant, nor was she his wife, I believe, at the time the case was on trial. We came into contact when she presented me with affidavits suggesting that he may have been framed. I never knew the truth one way or another. A friend on Facebook is not necessarily a social friend..

So do you make a habit of befriending the wives of rapist or??? A man calls himself Gabriel ....the left hand of god and then rapes my friend, you sentence him to jail and it's a shame he did not die there. Yet you have the audacity to disrespect his victims by be-friending the rapist wife on Facebook? My friend still fights the demon of her past that haunts her mind and you talk of exonerating his name?  What is wrong with you "judge"
