Sometimes Michael looks amazingly like Dave Gahan of Depeche Mode in 93-95. Both fantastic singers and brilliant frontman, massive shame to only have one of them alive today, and incredibly lucky too as Dave nearly didnt make it. R.I.P Michael. Simply a legend.
yeah all rigth with that Jagger theme, but Michael , I noticed, sometimes moves in the same way as Mick do, very gracefully, but to compare as who is better, who's in the first place, it's kinda good for sport broadcasters, they're both exquisse
Michael i sometimes cant belive your not here anymore with us,You are the best, you are forever missed always,i will treasure all the great music and footage that you and your band mates made together,MICHAEL,YOU ROCK!

i know..i didnt even know he was a great performer until recently..my only thought of him was some sex crazed perv who liked to strangle himself for sexual gratification and cunnigulus..oh well at least i know now..not sure about everyone else tho
i have to say i think he stole mick jaggers routine..very similar but someone who hadnt seen jagger would probably be fooled and think it was orginally hutchences stage moves
I still think this is the besty track they did. I saw them as one of the support bands for Queen at Wembley when they were promoting this album. They were booed and bottled throughout the set which was unfair because they sounded great.
Saw them in late '85 with Crowded House the opening band. Had to be the fastest 90 minute show a popular band could have ever performed. I left the concert feeling VERY EMPTY. However i could say the same about Journey, REO Speedwagon, Van Halen(sans David Lee Roth)etc. etc.&The 70's rocked way much better than the 80's. The 90's made a remarkable comeback. Alternative music- Alternative as opposed to what? It was rock-n-roll with different sound effects & much louder. IT's All still r-n-r!!!
hutchin's voice is solid, but he does mix up the end of the 2nd verse with the end of the 3rd. they tempo is way fast, the excellent driving bass line cannot be done properly because they don't give him enough volume; he doesn't look inclined to play as expressively live as he did for the album anyway. lead guitar needs more volume at the end. and hutchins is the only one who looks like he's having fun.

Michael Hutchence- poor guy ... great showman, great performer, had so much going for him ...
To think that he will, to a large extent, just be remembered for the auto-erotic
self-strangulating love session that ultimately killed him! ...
That's just sad :O( ... Oh well, I guess that's just show biz

Man I love the Stones but Micks voice is not even close. Michael has such a great voice.
I know you say front man but Vocals are a big part of that.
I think the only 2 people who could actually sing better were Elvis and Freddy Mercury.
Love you Hutch!

In my opinion, Michael Hutchence is rock and roll's second best frontman of all time. Only Mick Jagger is better.

I'm pretty sure this is my fave INXS album. It's probably tied with Elegantly Wasted. I love the keyboards on this song though.

I hope so. Because, that will mean he'll come back. INXS blew the doors off of every place they played.

Fantastic Michael, as always! Great guys playing together... but it seems that the magic was really gone in 1997...

When I saw INXS in '86, Kirk played the sax parts from the record, then put down the sax and did the guitar solo.

It's different music from Queen.
A U2 fan would never do that lol
I'm a massive fan of this song, it's my all time favourite song from them.
If you got the original on cassette - play it. It sounds better than on CD for some reason.
Anyone know why? :-S)
