  • A huuuge reason for me to stay natural is how I like to push and pull more weight than those kids who have no idea of their body, nutrition and how to work out and take steroids.

    Very respectful natural physic man. Much better than that of many steroid users. Keep up the good word.

  • hey buddy,light weight...ok seriously,2 much work to sets and reps for a natural BB...

    u don't need all that work...1 or 2 exercise per muscles 6-12 reps,2 sets,2 or 3 minutes to pause...

    Don't need 1 week for recover,fisiologically into 48 hrs u recover your muscles...so 1 day in,1 day out to the gym,train all your body every 2 times to train,periodizazion and grow like a monster naturally and genetics.

  • @secretpowner I completely agree. I am against body part splits. I only did this routine because I was dieting and knew hitting everything once a week would be enough to maintain. When I'm not dieting like right now, I hit everything twice a week. Once heavy with a power day and again lighter for hypertrophy days.

  • am I the first to notice that his weight is different on each side on the incline presses, i mean in his first two sets there are 2 of the same plates at the left and 1 plate on the right ..., still looking good Adam, keep it up.

  • @TheDutchPrince1 Yeah you are right but the weight is evenly distributed by the machine. He's not actually lifting 2 plates with his left arm and 1 with his right, its equal :)
