What has he got, a 30 inch waste? dang. We Americans need to realize, you CAN look good from just doing the basics, even if you don't have (or want) weights. Pullups, pushups, prisoner squats and all sorts of variations. Drop 30 pounds and you will see you CAN look muscular and fit, without using weights. You will NOT be as STRONG as you would using weights, but you will be strong enough and FIT, like our ancestors. It's the FAT that is killing us.

I see guys in LA fitness that weigh 240-260 (juiced up) can bench press 315-365 all day but they cant do 25 pull ups. I weigh 195, fit & trim I can bench 315 and do 30 pull ups str8 and dead lift about 315 aswell, Im not pulling off miracles but in comparision to those guys I look like Clark Kent!! Much respect Mind up!

@bozoli18 if you look at all the gym equipment you have ever seen it all simulates pull ups, push ups or sit ups in some way, so you are there for what? when you grow up and go to college take some kinesiology classes because there is NO such thing as a "pointless" exercise.
