Try putting in dfu mode by holding the power button and the home button for 10 seconds. Then remove the power button but still hold the home button for 10 seconds. It should restore your ipod when you first bought it. Or just restore it through itunes. But I recommend itunes or its your choice.

After I did another hard reboot it worked fine.
That was an OpenGLE problem with the Dock program.

Something similar happened to me, Just force it into restore mode and restore to an apple firmware, then it should work.

Just Restore it. Looks like you used Pwnage/WinPwn so restore it to that custom firmware.
