I guess Mick felt the need to do something after Ronnie put out his record and Keith put out his book (which by the way I hear has sold a million copies). I'm just waiting for the TOUR. This next year the Stones will celebrate 50 year anniversary and a tour is almost, well, required. God I hope so. Keep on rockin Fed.
@kcuhcsniknej Yes, I think you are right. Keith calls it something like "the solo singer's syndrome" (I don't know how he calls it in english, as I read his book in italian), though Mick is in a band in this case. Anyway...Yes, when I talked about a record I was imagining a tour, too, sure! It would be the second time that I see them and I really wish it will come true!
@kcuhcsniknej Thanks a lot, Chuck! I was expecting a new Stones' record this year and Mick came out with this new band...Well, after I listened to this song and watched the video I was so excited, because I see that Mick is really fine! There's a video showing SuperHeavy in the studio and they perform some fine songs, too! Well, I'm still waiting for the Stones, but I'll keep following this band, too! Ah, I "dylanized" it a little, but I had fun with this song! Thanks!
You have to alternate C#m and F#m in Joss Stone's + Damian Marley's part. Mick jagger's part's chords are the same, except for the firsl line, which ends with a B after the F#m. The chorus is E and then A for 3 times, while the last line is F#m and B. That's all! :)
Ah, anyway...I played this song with a capo on the 4th freth, so that I used Am and Dm in verses (and G instead of B) and C and F (ending with Dm and G) on the chorus. :)
