  • For all the negative comments, the cat is a "Foster Cat". I work with an animal rescue & I specialize in the ones who are pregant. The most recent cat was with me less than 12 hours & no one knew when she's due but she kept following me & wouldn't stay away. I made her a nice cozy place to have the baby but she wouldn't stay in it unless I had it beside me.

THIS CAT-She was so exhausted after having the babies that she didn't clean them or cut the cord that's connected to the sack. I had to.

  • I hate this!!!!!!

  • That cat is so cute but my cat is the cutest cat EVER!

  • Aren't u like suppoesed it help deliver the baby!

  • Is she a bengal?

  • When an animal is in distress like this it is best to go away and leave it alone. There's nothing you can do anyway, you can't make it any easier.

And, afterwards, please get you cat spayed. So many animals are born only to have to die needlessly for lack of care or neglect or abuse.

  • hope you learn your lesson... should have her fixed!!!

  • Aww your cat I super cute

  • Are there any signs telling if a cat will be in labour soon? My cat has been pregnant for about 3 months and she's been eating more than usual but today she wouldn't eat a thing and right now she won't stop meowing, she hardly ever meows, please reply

  • @NeDeR96

I know it's too late now, but when the cat's close to labor they tend to not eat as much, lay around a lot more than usual & will be hunting for a very VERY private place to have the kittens. I had a cat once who snuck into the lining in the back of an easy chair. We had to cut the back off the chair to get to her. I apologize this was too late.

    Thanks for your comment!

  • @ohfair1 thank you anyway, it will help me in the future :) but my cat actually wouldn't stop eating when she was in labor

  • Your child is def causing more stress in this cat. Bless her heart, she needs an epidural!!

  • @TheTpanative

I agree! It was a fun moment for her & after I'd run out of memory, I took her to school & the cat labored & had the babies by herself.

  • should have left her the fuck alone.. I dont understand why people allways have to press their nose into thing.. youre only causing more stress to the animal.

spay and neuter your pets people.

  • @LunaTemari I have 2 cats. One male one female. The male is neutered but the female is currently pregnant. It wasn't because I didn't want to neuter her, but because she was horny for a whole day before I finally realized she was in heat. By the time I didn't let her out she was already preggers. When I realized she HAD gotten pregnant it was too late to neuter w/out complications. Accidents happen, don't assume everyone who has unexpected kittens is a bad owner.

  • @Brainfordinner Aw, poor thing.

  • @Brainfordinner you can neuter your cat when its 6 months old, so technically if your cat is older than that. it is your fault.

I'm not saying people who don't neuter their pets are bad owners, but they are lacking the knowledge to properly care for their animals. neuter your pets or keep them inside.

  • @LunaTemari The male was neutered at 6 months old, but the cost of getting the female neutered was nearly double(I don't live in the u.s and access to low cost neutering isn't available) so I opted for birth control, which I was told lasted a year and ended up lasting like 8 months. Again, stop assuming. You know what happens...

  • @Brainfordinner indeed I know what happens, that why I find it irresponsible that people like you get pets when they cant even afford it. I have currently 4 cats, I've had a total of 16, all of them spayed even the females.

if you cant afford it, don't get a pet.

  • @LunaTemari Fuck you. My cats are healthy FYI. I know cats should be neutered blah blah, I guess you've just never had it tough once in a while. Must be nice. Also, the cat will get neutered after giving birth.

  • @LunaTemari Nico, the kitty were talking about, was also adopted. She was hungry, and very wormy when she was meowing on my roof, desperately trying to get in. I live in a place where had she gone a couple blocks down and stayed with someone else she would have died of malnutrition. Cats here are considered mice control that you only have to feed scraps to. I always intended to neuter her before the BC wore off. She's healthy, beautiful , and sweet. Again, fuck ye, wench.

  • @Brainfordinner oh dont worry about me getting laid hun, get your stuff together.. its not my problem you live in a third world country. goodluck

  • @LunaTemari

You don't know my situation. I was just helping my FOSTER cat and then after she had the babies, mother & kittens were all fixed 8 weeks later. Thanks!

  • @Brainfordinner

Thank you for your comment. I work with an animal rescue group & I special in helping with the pregnant cats & providing a healthy environment for their babies to be born. Then EVERYONE is fixed 2 months later. :)

  • Not a bad owner, just really naive and uneducated.

  • @ltahoe7195 Sorry, didn't know you guys were psychic. Had I been told the bc would last 8 months instead of 12, I would have been prepared. Didn't I just tell some guy to stop assuming things?

  • @LunaTemari

I agree people should fix their pets, I'm just glad I work with an animal rescue & was able to help the cat have her babies in a healthy environment & she and all the babies were fixed 8 weeks later.

  • my cat is pregnat and it is been a LONG time i need to know the signs please respond

  • @TheMonks7 they will probably want your attention alot and meowing alot and she may lead you to her nest , her appetite may disappear and also she could be pacing around and in and out of her nest box , and then she lays down spreads her hind legs and lick her rear end , P.S i hope this helps

  • lol

  • I didn't like hearing her cry but I was probally louder than this with the birth of my children so scream all you want little cat momma. I agree with one of the other comments that you should have been quiet and not touch her as this can add stress, but you sound like you care and thats important. I hope your son was able to learn from this experience (depending on age of course). Better to learn from parents than strangers else where.

  • First, get your pets fixed.

Is that box too small for her???

  • awwwwwwww

  • GOD LADY SHUT UP YOUR KID WAS NOT GONNA TOUCH THE CAT OK STOP TELLING YOUR KID DONT TOUCH DONT TOUCH DAMN!!!

  • MY cat is around four weeks i think but she hisses at me when i pet her

  • Your cat looks really beautiful! No affence but I think you should have left her alone but if not that then wispered. Our cats just go off and have their kittens, they don't say, "Will you watch me have my kittens?" Thx! (just advice!)

  • Poor kitty.. shes beautiful though ! My cat is due to have kittens within the next week, im so excited !!! :)

  • Ur cat is beautiful! But i think she was meowing bcus she wanted quiet or privacy. :]

  • That child needs to shut up and stop being such a jerk. No offense but my cat had kittens once and anytime we would talk it wood cause delay.

  • your not suppose to touch her cause it can cause delay in labor if she gets stressed or ansi and the kid should really be quiet cuz that can freak out the cat.

  • ooohhhhh :( i almost cried bcus she was meowing so hard :(((

  • she looked so helpless i hope she's okay (little kid be patient if you were in labor you would be causing hell so please...)

  • i hate how you let a little boy watch! i was allowed to watch my cat give birth only because im a female too and i would someday go through that too, that little boy is going to be traumatized he's still to immature to understand whats going on O.o

  • @alibugbug Oh, and I suppose his teachers won't be showing video clips from the Discovery Channel about animals giving birth, right? Wrong! He's gotta learn sometime... might as well be with his own cat. There's nothing traumatizing about this clip at all. This is a part nature -- better yet, this is part of life.

  • She looks like my baby Diana.

  • awww i felt bad for hurr when she was in painwhat happen it couldnt get out the birth canal or something?

  • Aww I Felt Badd For Her When She Was Hurtinqq! :(

  • How did it go? how many kittens? They must be pretty big by now.

  • She needs more space

  • Awwww, she is so cute! She looks like my cat which is actually in Stage 1 Labor today! My cat has torn my arm up while she is pushing but she needed help birthing a breach baby so I had to endure MUCH painful biting and clawing or the baby would have died. You did really good with her! :) Congrats!

  • ohh how cute is the little mummy sweetie

  • sorta looks like my cat :D

  • Its great to see another Bengal kitty. I have a Bengal kitty that is due any day now. Good luck with the new litter! The little one that was with you seemed a little nervous and excited at the same time. A learning experience in itself.
