@michaliskebab See earliest page of comments for uploader's answer. Kudos to ProjectXX09 for doing this - I agree with other comments that a lot of the shots have too much separation or convergence, but you gotta give credit for the method, it's a good effort. Tip: don't watch in full screen, the pics work much better at a small size.
It's because the author forgot to keep the left image offset slightly to the left and right image slightly to the right. He sometimes mixes up left/right causing you to have to do the opposite of cross-eye which I can never do. Cross eye is easy though.
i used an inspire song i heared from doom 3 chronicles (demo )for doom 3 version 1.3 but i replayed that digitally in fruity loops uuuhm i mean programmed :)
hey nice work. I have a question. Whenever I make a 2D image into 3D using Photoshop, I do get the 3d effect but the picture seems 'sunk' in to the monitor. How do get things to 'jump out' the way u do? Im guessing its to do with the maneuvering of the colored layers
And you have to use a picture with perspective on the 2 shots. A 46 degree or 50mm lens corresponds to a human eye. However, Since Im not an PS expert, I have a question. How do you move the picture in green/blue channel? Because when Im selecting the image and use marquee tool, I cant move them damn thing to the left (or right).. It seems that I cant do anything direct to the picture. Even selecting part of the pic doesnt work. Any suggestions?
WOW!!! It looked so real!!! You are really good at making 3-D pictures! MAKE MORE! Try to make a video in 3-D PLZ not only picture, but anyway: AWESOME, mate! 5\5!
What method did you use for getting 3D from Doom 3?

Interesting idea, but a lot of the images have the anaglyph parallax to wide, causing ghosting and eye strain issues.

I have 3D glasses but it still looks like crap
dragonstar95 2 years ago
may i suggest that this was my 1st project
the issue is that doom 3 is red and cyan in common so i had to filter some colors out before make then red and cyan
otherwise it was crapier

The ghosting was just too bad for me.
But it might be dependent on the color correction of the monitor.
5 stars for the music and the overall effort and theme, though.
