I think you will find the papers reported the words that came out of the mouth of Sir Alex Ferguson which were: "Michael Carrick will not play on Sunday in the Community Shield." I think you'll also find that Sir Alex APOLOGISED after the match for playing Carrick after insisting he wouldn't. The papers only report what they are told. Thanks for posting though!! :-D

i belive both of them are good talent .......and comparing them will be difficult ...altough off the field suarez has better repo but we all should know a hot headed player just need direction nd there we go ..we have another class acts like keane , gascoline and rooney ..i think balootelli is not barton ....he is better.just need a cool caoch . and please consider that suarez plays in dutch league.in a weaker league.with weaker teams while balloteli is boed is always a sub.love from india

Right now I'd take Suarez without a doubt. But, it is blatantly obvious to everyone that Balotelli truly has limitless potential, much more than Suarez. Maybe in two or three years time if he matures some my answer will be Balotelli without a doubt,

Suarez has more experience than balotelli, but on the other hand Balotelli has more potential to be a world class player.

but in my personal opinion I'll pick Suarez because he's more optimistic on the field and with his colleagues , Balotelli still acts as a teenager and he get with fights with his coach and other player and even the fans.

I dont know why Cleverley is staying at United, I think a loan to Wigan would be a great move for all 3 parties and Cleverley will only get first team football at United if there is an injury crisis. Wigan also try and play a passing game which would benifit Cleverley.

The French press (who are far more reliable than some Uk papers because they are moderated) report Newcastle are very close to bringing Hatem Ben Arfa to Newcastle, they have had one bid turned down, but the player wants to join Newcastle, Newcastle just need to up their bid slightly to get a bit closer to Marseilles valuation. Why isnt this being reported ? :)
