1soon2B,Actually here in the U.S, grooms DO wear ties that are not "PLAIN",( and some no tie at all) I understand not liking THAT particular tie,'cause I can't stand those plaid shirts he wears..LOL. The skirt thing sounds yummy! Also this wedding setting is casual as opposed to the more formal church wedding with all it's pomp and circumstance. BTW,he could be wearing a potato sack for all I care, he's marrying the right woman, the woman of his dreams..at long last!

yeah, here they dont wear ties with kilts ... they wear cravates, usually the same colour as the bridesmaids!

and the traditional way of wearing a kilt is wthout underwear, so very yummy if they're hot, not soo wen they are like 40 years old!
