I tend to agree, its a sad and deppressing fact that some humanbeings out in the word would let injured inhabitants of this planet die, not helping in any way. Staring at the situation as well as acting nuetral is worse that asisting the critter in any way possible.

Looks like southern California. This species is pretty common there...Anna's Hummingbird. This is a male.
