@BMXfevers i use audacity, but what ive learned from there is that sometimes if the audio will suffer from clipping from amplification it wont allow it, there should be an option (if not then sorry if no help) for "allow clipping" press that and you should be all good

..theres everything wrong with this..the only thing you got right is the fact that you chose a good pre-set for graphic EQ. but M's emphasis your voice, but it also emphasis other aspects. anyway, this is okay for an amateur, don't use this if you're professional.

How to save a session and make it into a song to place on CD: Hold down CTRL and leftclick with mouse on all the tracks (and the beat/isntrumental) that you want to be included in the recording. After everything selects, go to Edit<Mix Down To File< Selected Waves. Then it mixes it down into one Waveform. Then press File< Save As< mp3/wma/wav.

Save your individual waveforms as .wavs and the final mixdown/cd product as a mp3 or wma (Windows Media player) I hope this helped.
