Does anyone have a tutorial about how to put the lead and kick together?

my kick is always with much bass (sometimes too) and than i can't hear my lead anymore clearly...

i tried to put down the volume of the kick, but than it's too soft...

when i change something with eq of the kick the kick sound changes and thats something i don't want...

does anyone have a tutorial for this problem?

because i wanted to know this for a real long time, and i still don't have a answer on that.

@XlolsenX You should go to the pirate bay and download Nexus and Vengeance. Both of them are great for Hard style and Trance leads. The closest thing you'll find to Trance in FL by itself is the Dance Packs and some of the PAD's.

@XlolsenX Well lol. Like I said, go to the Pirate Bay and look for a program called Vengeance. It has THE BEST kicks. Not those weak, clicky ones. I mean the straight up DOOF DOOF DOOF kicks. It's perfect! To make your own kicks, well, you can just tweak the currect settings of any kick you want. Like the Club Kick that already comes with FL.

@XlolsenX Wait, me? I'm not the creator of the video, sir lol. BUT, I can answer that question ^_^. That's called an Automation Clip. Here's how you do it:

1.) Click on VIEW at the top left.

2.) Select MIXER.

3.) Click the first drop down arrow of row ONE.

4.) Select FRUITY FAST LP.

And that will give you the Automation Clip :). Anything else I can help you with?

@XlolsenX let me anser that one :) im new to, but right klick cutoff, and select automatation clip, u can do that with alot of things, like the bpm, or the main volume, or the folume af an mixer channel :)

when you are looking at the playlist (pattern one two three etc down the side)

on the top you should be able to see some numbers? and the playlist scroll bar

below the numbers there is what appears to be the edge of the window.

hover your mouse over this and you should get a pointer that looks like an = with an arrow coming out the top and one out of the bottom. Click and drag down

when you drag down this that window he has got with the limiter.

get some melody or whatever in you patterns.

right click in the blank grey area below where it should say "step" and "slide"

it then says "pattern clip sources" then insert one press f 9 and it brings up the mixer. go to where it says 1 etc click on the arrow choose an effect.

then when you have right click on the arrow and go down to "change events"

admitted its not exactly the same but essentially.
