So when you sing a song you haven't composed, then you can't properly express those sentiments fully -- so for that reason, Jay sings it with more emotion. The guy's a genius -- try writing your own songs and singing them Joey...

@lowal8 in that case, you're saying that composer-singers express the most emotion, while singers who don't compose are incapable of expressing as much emotion... you are quite funny... and what about lyrics? non-composer singers can't identify with the lyrics to express their emotion? Jay chou doesn't always write his own lyrics, so i guess only the lyricist can "express those sentiments fully."

@lowal8 i'm guessing that you've never heard of Jacky Cheung before. he doesn't write his own songs but sings with SO much emotion. but then again, if you can't even hear the emotion in Joey's singing (she's known for being able to put a lot of emotion into her singing btw).... =/ i dunno, maybe try her songs/performances. u might be little biased since your idol composed this song.
