Just someone who's SUPER excited and having a great time! I know I was SUPER excited when I first saw it. I'm sure I was saying some pretty loud phrases too.

Stupid and loud people have to shut up and be quit! "Oh yeah, oh yeah, oooh!" Annoying as XXXXX! But I love the fireworks, the show, this video and Disney:)
