I play in a Scottish Grade 3a band, and that was definitely a Grade 2 performance. The two bands that went up to Grade 2 at the end of last season weren't playing medleys of that caliber this well.
Thanks very much for the compliments. We actually are still grade III at this point but hope to possibly move up after this season if we have a good showing in MOntreal.
Thanks for the compliment. We are actually at grade III until possibly the end of this summer. There is talk we may challenge to move up at the North American Championships in Montral.
The band is wearing assorted kilts, because the band is only one year old and is in the process of having kilts made for each member. The band is currently competing in grade three and won the competition with this video's performance.
This is only our second year, but we are getting kilts made right now (actually, the new tartan is the one our Pipe Major is wearing). For right now, we're just wearing all our own kilts.
Congrats on the win everyone! I'm looking forward to this summer.

GRADE3??? Ya right !! C'mon...that video is "a good grade 2" performance !!
Playing like that, get set for a few more members with aspirations of making it in the higher grades !!!
