Bush has "reviewed law that people are treated fairly" the same way he consulted with congress on Iraq strategies. He gives lip service to consideration, then does as he damn well pleases. His record on gays has been abysmal. He and his party attacked gays to rally the troops to get him elected (twice) and then he ignores the issue even when it strikes close to home. Even his supporters are mad at him for not doing more and neglecting their concerns.
