My budgie is watching from the side of his cage, freaking out, chirping and whistling.

Okay, I might just think this is some gigantic hoaks of a recording with a bunch of inputs of sound, however, here are my observations for the unreasonable critic:

The words are being spoken with the same involvement of the birds clavical muscles.

The chirps are much louder and are as well in sync with the clavical muscles.

Body language of animals is key .

Overall, Because Ryan, the Owner of this Prophetic bird group ,WAS AND HAD BEEN educated in the Military, and at a Collegiate school.

Toast, toast to something. SUCH an amazing bird! I wish my budgie, Angel, would learn that. He's very tame, and sings ridiculous songs, bobs his head, but can't speak!

I think there are a number of souls speaking through Victor as you can hear the voice difference and in 1 of the other vids you here somthing like "ok my turn" or "my turn" and then his voice changes.

On Aug 20, 2009, a massive storm and Tornado hit Toronto. There had been nothing like it in the greater Toronto Area for many years. In this video Victor mention that the city where I went to the Eaton Centre would have this storm. I lived in Toronto for many years and knew that this storm would eventually happen as Victor predicted back in June of 2009.
