Its funny how you are almost powerless with blood on arena while a same skilled/same geared duel between blood-unholy dk finds the blood one winner...

Playing the last 2,5 years(wotlk start) at blood specc and i can tell you that blood was in early wotlk Destruction Specc..2k in arena with resto shammy and we were finding really skilled teams..but nonetheless the 8k DS crits did their job...

At 3.3.3 blood is ok in 5s arena. Hysteria&Mark of Supremacy + other dps help and your target is dead.

I keep thinking that DK is a proper hybrid. Maybe the reason I like blood so much. I really like being able to heal insane amounts and still kill players, unholy leans towards a warrior type character that I just don't like.

so what you are saying is blood has less survivablity than unholy? as blood i cant die. takes 3 people to kill me i am healing about 4-5k hps, when i go unholy not only do i do less damage but i cant heal for crap.

@adamwowify if you hit arena you will realise unholy is much better, you can use death coil to stop your diseases being dispelled, the desecration is also probably the best feature

@adamwowify I think the idea behind unholy being better is pretty much, the pet, desecration(so druids and such cant run away easily and you can actually hit them) and bone shield, But im not sure, Looking up vids for my brothers dk lol

@MekSerbia If you are Talking about blood spec.. It is almost useless copared to unholy or frost. The lack of cc and survivability is the reason you would want to go unholy or frost. Hope this answers your question

@TheJohnnyGuitarShow i roll unholy.. i know very good dk's who have tried frost but know it just cant compare to unholy. Blood has very good survivability if you know how to play it and the CC is the same no matter what spec but unholy has better survivability against magic.

I play Unholy only for raids and fun. But since cata spells came out unholy is kinda useless for pvp. You dont even have bone shield anymore....

I pvp blood currently and run 3s with priest and rogue.

@Jackbear1 Nah now a days people have full resl gear so its a bit diff then that. Pre 3.3 it was like that but now its just the same and skill cap on DK's really isnt that high so to do well you dont even have to be that good. Honestly i liked the video even if it was speed up lol. I play a Dk myself. and for me I up the fun by one lowering my resl via rolling 2 or 3p of 277 t10 and and roll rest pvp with Heroic DBW and or Heroic Death's choice
