17:15 int mid = (lh + rh) / 2; Information about the bug with too large of a number. Visual Basic 4.0 499,999,999,999,999 + 500,000,000,000,000 = "999,999,999,999,999" but if i add 1 more, the answer is "1E+15" and that number doesn't change until 5 numbers after. This is the first gap and will give you an incorrect answer. 500000000000000+ 50000000000006 through 500000000000019 = 1.00000000000001E+15

I'm sorry to say but if you have the book, the explanations in Chapter 12 are much clearer than Ben's explanations. At the end, it seems that Ben misexplains the Radix sort by saying it looks at the leading digits moving on to the trailing digits. Instead, Radix starts by sorting on the trailing digit, moving to sort next on the middle digit(s) and finally the leading digit.
