What I try to do is make sure that when I'm adding the hair in as I move down the flat twist...I add hair in small sections and pull tight to make sure that everything is nice and snug! That keeps it tight at the base for me. When I get my new cam I'm going to do another vid on flat twisting! Stay tuned! HUGS! Happy New Year!

So, for my latest twist out I actually used Africa's Best Olive Oil cream. It's definitely not Afro Veda, but it did give me nice soft hair. So, for a beauty supply product, I thought it did quite well.
