You made a comment about using something....power rack.. instead of modified push-ups. Do you have a video that demonstrates this. I'm not sure what it is and I'm not able to do the full push-ups yet.
@redeemed2bfree it's like doing a pushup using the back of a bench. Your body is a straight line but your hands are up high at chest height standing up. I'll get a video up soon of this though!

hey sarah, i started upping my strength training to about 3x a week for like 45minutes each & ive noticed that everytime i do my strength training my legs bruise all over the place out of nowhere. it looks like someone has beat me in my sleep lol. im worried
Ahh I'm excited because I do most of the strength workouts already, like before you posted this video so now I feel like I'm keeping up with the fitness world! I'm trying to increase my strength because I play volleyball (outside hitter) so I need all the leg muscle I can to jump and then all the arm muscle I can to slam the ball on the other side!(:
@GingerGeorgiaBrown haha I used to wear them almost every day to work but now that I work from home for myself most of the time, I always just wear athletic clothes or dresses. I like comfort :)
