yeah, and did they dance for your amusement? the birthright tours of the bedouin camps give a false impression of bedouin life; they are instead reducing the culture to a museum exhibit: look at the noble savages, how they live. want a real impression? talk to someone in an unrecognized village with no water, electricity, sewage, or roads, who had his house razed by the state. he wont dance for you, but maybe then you'll get what it means to be bedouin in israel today. it aint pretty.
I think the bedouin night was the best of the whole Birthright trip!
