i don't know about running or jogging but for rugby and soccer adidas is way better because they have three brand shoes for soccer that gets renewed every and not changed while nike changes every year this proves that nike just wants to rob your money

Nike has shoes that are designed perfectly for parkour. But with one issue. They suck ass and cant hold up to anything they are designed for. I find nubalance can make some good shoes for parkour. Check them out if interested. I never used addidas, so I can't say anything there. and Marrels are both hit and miss, really depends. All in all its about two things comfort and durability.
