It still kinda feels awkward, sure it isn't their usual style, but flogging molly will always be flogging molly, and if they choose this way to go, (although I may not agree at times) I will stay loyal and stick with them till' the end! I don't like where this is going musically. FM's older albums focused more on the traditional folk and the violins, accordions, etc. were the main instruments rather than accompany instruments as they kind of are now.

I'll agree that this sounds commercial MUSICALLY, but lyrically, I think it's still classic Flogging Molly.

I'm not trying to dis them or make other fans angry. It was FM's choice to go this direction and I'm still supporting them even if I don't neccessarily agree with it. :)

@bellaliHc How do you figure? There is no way in hell that you'll ever hear this on the radio or in a commercial. It calls out the problems in the world, commercial music ignores them. Then there's the fact that irish folk music has never been particularily popular, nor has punk rock and those are the two styles they most closely emulate. I'd like to know how you figure this is commercial.
