I love every Metal Gear final fights because they always take place after the "villain" is allready defeated. In MGS, Metal Gear is allready destroyed, and the base is about to be wiped out. In MGS 2, Arsenal Gear is out of order, and Soliduses war against the Patriots is lost. In MGS 4, JD is destroyed, Liquid Ocelot is basically defeated. Only in MGS 4 killing The Boss was the main objective of the mission.

It's like they just want to kill each other, even if it serve no purpose anymore.

In mgs 2, ocelot recieved liquids arm, therefore liquid then possessed ocelot so now he has liquids voice an all but hes just in ocelots body. That's what happend in the end, then in mgs 4...all of a sudden ocelot has recieved his old voice and this nanomachine explaination occured. i just don't understand where his voice went too. Also it was ocelots voice in the end thats y he did his hand gestures like mgs3.

I think we can let that one slide, but an annoying one for me is at the end of the Tanker section of MGS 2, where liquid ocelot says 'big boss was in his late 50's when we were born'. If they were born in the 70s, and MG Snake eater was the mid 60s where big boss is about 30, how did they figure that out? At the end of MGS4 boss is about 80 which is in line with that.

They should have made it in the 1950s.

Lol..well firstly Big boss is supposed to be burned to a crisp cause in MG2 for nes...the player makes a flame thrower and torches big boss....i suppose using body parts from solidus/liquid made Big Boss look younger. Personally i feel that if solid snake had actually killed himself and there was no big boss show-up...the ending would be way more satisfying.
