I always loved this scene! The drawings were so beautiful, it's too bad Walt Disney doesn't produce things like this.

There is a special kind of beauty intrinsic to these older animations. It's something that computer graphics can't hold a candle to, and this video is a prime example!

my sister told me that they did the illustration first and then recorded them but, how did disney and the animators get it so perfect?

They probably made the animation first, then had a composer take a look and let him choose how the song would be played. (I think. Don't take my word for it)
