The plane is at a dive site called "Nari Nari". It is a great spot for beginner divers, because it is fairly shallow (between 25-30ft), and close to shore. It is NOT a good idea to enter the wreck, because of the recent infestation of the Lion Fish around Nassau.

THE PLANE DID NOT CRASH! It a plane that was destroyed to film "Jaws 4: The Revenge". This crash was neither fatal, nor real.

@GTAstuntman101 Yes, like the Baron, it's a plane and it does have two engines. But those pesky tip tanks pretty much seal the deal - it's a 310, and an old one too by the shape of the tip tanks.

@badcompany009 I actually breathe quite slowly for a diver... but unfortunately I did not have any editing software when I did this, so its a raw video. It is actually what you would hear if you were diving, oh that and your heartbeat, and a thousand tiny clics, chirps and small whistles (the whistles are usually dolphins.)

@Mokuseitora I know what it sounds like under there....I dive as well. If that is slow breathing then most divers, then i must be amazing at breath control. I dont think i breath that fast, even at 100 feet, let alone 26. But hey, our bodys are all different.

that would be so amazing to go there! i wouldn't even know the ocean exsisted if it werent for youtube, books, T.V. or movies, im land locked in south dakota my whole life, all we have is shitty cold (windy) flat snow covered ground, and terrible skeeters in the summer that eat you alive without bug spray....i know, its sad...:-(

No - the plane in the movie Thunderball was quite a bit bigger than this Beechcraft. They used a Vulcan in the movie (although it may have been parts of a Vulcan and not the whole thing).

It looks like both props are bent which means the engines were running when it ditched. Also there is only one seat (pilot seat) in the plane. This is the same model Cessna 310 that was ditched in one of the Jaws movies. I wonder if this is that plane?
