The student or whoever is performing in this video shows no confidence at all. He is all over the place, no continuous flow or method in examination. He is so nervous and jittery that he might well give a patient MI. This is an example of how you should not do a exam. Everything he does is exactly the wrong way to do.

whats your point? he did vocal resonance which actually is more sensitive than tactile vocal fremitus in picking up pathology. He's quite correct.

This guy is on LSD...lol....plus he did the examination really weird. Instead of making the patient stand up while doing the exam which I think is really wrong, he should have made the patient sit at the foot of the bed with her head straight...plus never palpate and auscultate over clothing....plus always wash your hands....percuss all the way down comparing both sides....i dont know man, no offence to this dude...but this just didnt seem right

This was a real piss poor effort

1. No draping

2. Respiratory exam starts with inspection not auscultation.

3. didnt check for abnormality in spine

4. didnt inspect hand/face for cyanosis pulmonary facies

5. i dont know what he is doing at 1:26 (assessing CVA tenderness)

6. You can appreciate breath sounds better when patients inspire/expire with mouth open

This guy is way too nervous and was too erratic with the patient
