as a marine who served two tours overseas i can say this is a perfect example of how hard it is to train the iraqi police. once these guys can take over, US and coalition forces can leave. that's why these ip's were being critiqued by US soldiers in this video. as for the laughter and insults coming from the soldiers, that is understandable. if a marine or soldier did what that Iraqi machine gunner did, he would get a lot worse than just made fun of.
