UNTIL i washed it. my hair is natural so once the water hit it it got really nappy and i just had to take it out. how do you keep ur hair from puffing out of the braids????

hey! i've never had wet a wavy hair before but i'm taking a vacation soon and thought a wet and wavy sew-in would be perfect since i plan on doing a lot of swimming and going to the beach. As long as I keep up with the maitenance at night and in the morning do you think it will last? Or is the salt water, sand, and sun just a recipe for disaster?

Great vid! I've been using sew ins as my transition style and I too am using the Milky Way brand. Yesssss high maintnance! It sheds a bit much. If it wasn't for the fact that it blends perfectly with my natural texture I'd abandoned it months ago. However, mine doesn't look like yours. I have two packs 14" on the bottom and 12" on the top but yours look way longer than mine. How long does the hair go for you before you have to replace it?

high maintenance means alot of work in order to make it look good. If you do not know how to maintain wet n wavy hair it will end up looking a hot mess everyday...

I originally put 1 pack of braiding hair as my micros and 1 pack of weave hair in the back...but yesterday I went and added another pack of weave hair in the back because I want it really big...so 3 packs of hair that cost $30 each and the hair is very soft even with product in it.

You should(if you didnt already have on) get a difuser connections to your dryer.....It will keep the hair from looking dull ...

I have a diffuser but I cannot find it because I moved a few months ago and things got lost....it will pop up one day but the dryer works pretty well as long as you use a moisturier...or you can just add a little sheen to it and I mean a little.

nice...you can also use Garnier Fructis sculpting girls gel. it's what i used on my lace wig....put 2 tablespoons in 8oz of water and spray....it used to leave my curls soft, defined and smelled great...just a suggestion

grli have wet and wavy hair in my headnow and i have a really hard time with tangles in the back. i use Janet collection 100% human hair, how to keep it from tangling? oh and what do u do w/it @ nite?

ok at night you must sleep in either a bonnett or satin scarf...then to prevent it from tangling, especially at night, put the hair in two big jumbo braids or twist...you can do like 4 or more for a braid out look too...but yes, wet n wavy is high maintenance and you must maintain it or it will start looking a hot mess...just trying the bundling at night and that should help.
