  • Kotzen DESPISED doing this type of stuff. He said that the only reason he did was hat it wasthe only thing he was offered, and that he couldn't wait to be able to be true to himself and write and sing his own songs. He felt that would be HIS niche.

  • Ah man.....want tabs so bad. Guess I'll have to get better....

  • ottimo!

  • its sad that people were too busy having an orgie over kurt cobain to pay attention to this good stuff

  • @ultimateguitar553 welcome to america

  • @ultimateguitar553 Fucking high-5!

  • @ultimateguitar553 i did both...love kurt cobain AND richie kotzen.

  • This reminds me of Spring break 1988 I think! Sredderers forever young ass forever! We played this at our hotel in Daytona Beach we knew how good it was but no one else!

  • same here ! awesome instrumental, smooth, yet hard guitar at it's finest !

  • This album kicks ass. I wish someone would upload the rest of it.

  • This is one of the "boring" tracks too lol. This album is a masterpiece. B Funk has the greatest solo of all time, High Wire is to Kotzen as Altitudes is to Becker. The harmonies and songwriting are to fusion what Passion and Warfare is to rock instrumental. Where's Richie's award? People just jealous he didn't have to spend a million dollars to produce this or what?

  • @Whyrendog i hurd somewere in a another comment that kotzen jammed witth jason becker is that true?

  • @edge299 Yeah I think it was an article in Peavey monitor. Becker produced Kotzen's debut album and pushed him to do some of the stuff that he said blew him away and humbled him when they jammed together. My facts are probably a little off about where it was printed or mentioned. I know in the Peavey mag he mentioned he was having physical problems and it wasn't headline news just yet but I was bummed because Jason knew what could happen if it got worse.

  • Back to Kotzen, etc...What I like is that you can hear a lot of Jason's technique that arose from learning stuff from Kotzen and other fusion players in David Lee Roth's "A Little Aint Enough" album. I think Showtime, although considered his "Hot For Teacher" moment was heavily Kotzen inspired. Listen to the crazy blues hybrid stuff. More Kotzen than EVH if you ask me.

  • someone please doo....

  • i love this song! great arpegio lead!

  • need some tabs....

  • I absolutely love this song.
