Love your questions. Here's my take on some answers - We dream of flying because we are actually spirit. We associate flying and sky with spiritual things because they are about rising above the physical body and material world, and being at a higher level of vibration. At this level our souls commune with God and the angels. We worship this because it is a state of joy, peace and freedom. I believe it is our true nature and state, that we just need to remember / rediscover.

@corintus07 Words are from the Holy Bible as are many of the compositions sung by choirs. The bible is used by many, many sects and dividisions of Chritianity. They are not owned exclusively by any one of them. This cannon has been adapted and it was not originally written as a hymn. Hope his helps.

Their singing gives me peace and takes me away from some of the horrors of the world. Actually it is "Benedictus qui VENIT in nomine Domini" (not venti) and it means "Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord".
