@nova7916 It is possible for them to hit 140db's, but it'd have to be in a tuned box, tuned more than what that prefab one is. I've seen 2 Rockford P1 10's hit 142. The box was tuned to 32Hz, and it was played through a Sundown 1500 watt mono amp.

@ps3bigboy320 Those are the RF P1's. As for how good they are...they're decent entry level subs. The guy who owned them has moved up to Fi subs now and there's a whole world of difference between those and the RF P1's. My advice would be to go with what suits your bedget best. You can take a cheaper sub and put it in the proper enclosure and it'll sound and perform really well. It's really about 90% enclosure and 10% equipment.
