That's very ingenious, do you think these sort of 'reclaimed' motors might ever be truly successful commercially? I saw one guy had built a fully working toaster (with timer) from an old Samsung CD-ROM (Originally 32x), haven't seen it in the shops yet though. Good Luck.

How much strength can we get from it without burning the solenoid arm ?
Is the noise generated by mechanic impacts that can be removed ?
Is it possible to use it as a generator spinning the disk ?

Yes. Two 1.5 volt AA batteries will do it. They are in a holder under the drive.
