well its not an ipod. Its called the mp3000 player and you can get it through codes and unlock items with codes.

how do you get the ipod or the party hat?
In the Coffee Shop, you click on the "Fan". This blows the top of the "Cake" off. There should be a box full of the party hats. Just click on the party hat. And click yes, then you will have it in your inventory.
