than you have to upgrade your Drivers for your graphic card.

what kind of card do you use? What brand and Direct X version?

Because if you run on a Direc x 9 Card you never get this game to work.

if you run it in a Direct x 10 or 11 card and you get that error than update your drivers from your graphic card. But still i want to know what kind of card you got so i can help you with it :)

So it can't create the good Direct 3D graphics. So what you have to doe to play this game good. Is buying a new Graphic card. Otherwise you cant play it.
