When it comes to raw intellectual horsepower, ya got whatcha got. That's the bad news.
The good news is, there are plenty of people who use only a fraction of their natural talents... so there's potential. Plus, energy, work ethic, etc. count for a LOT in business...
One question. If someone wants to be a leader but they don't have more brains than the people they want to lead can they aquire more intelligence somehow?
