Hi,

I am 14 on Thursday 22nd December and I have already got the l96 in orange. Do many people my age take orange guns on boot camp days, also do I have to have full face protection. And one more thing is there a limit to how close snipers can get ?

@gagetman100 Yeah, you can take it on boot camp days. I think you have to have full face protection if under 16, but check on their website. Yes, there is an engagement limit, i don't snipe so im not sure what it is. Check out their website.

@gagetman100 I am not sure if that counts as proper protection, since i have never needed to follow that rule. If you have facebook, like airsoft billericay, and you can ask them on there.

@gagetman100 hi, if you are under the age of 18 you have to wear a full face mask , i wear a blaclava and put a mask over the top. and im guessing your l96 is bolt action? if it is the limit is 450 fps i think. For semi auto snipers its 360 fps :)

@unrealtech11 i went today (1st time) it was good friendly bunch, everyone was helpful and fair (taking hits,ect)

as for getting a ukara as TheAsianWu said, you have to be a member (sorted on your first visit), go three times, and have to be a member for more then 2 months, once thats done you go to the ukara webbie, download and print a form for the club to sign, send that off, then you get your ukara membership and can buy RIF's (black weapons) as long as your over 18 that is

@unrealtech11 Depends what day you go on. Rookie days are 16+ i think. Just check on their website, and it tells you the minimum age for each type of day.
